You can return your shoes for a refund or exchange at any time within 30 days of purchase, for any reason.
We will pay for your return if the pick up is from Australia, and was on a full priced item. Postage for sale items and International orders must be paid by the customer.
How to Return/ exchange your order:
Australian Full Priced Orders:
- Please email support firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and confirm if you wish to refund or exchange your order.
- You will receive an email within 24hrs that contains a returns form and a link to lodge your return. You will also receive an RA number which must be included in your return.
- Follow the link proivded by our customer service, and it's a simple online process to create a returns label and choose where to return your parcel.
- Securely pack your item and apply the label. Don’t forget to include the completed returns form for faster processing. It is important to make sure the product packaging is not damaged and any old labels are removed or covered. All items must be returned to us in original condition.
- Take your parcel to your selected returns location. You will be sent a confirmation email with details on how to track your parcel.
We will generally process your refund or exchange within 24 hours.
Sale Items or International Customers:
Complete the form and include it in your return. Ensure your goods are securely packaged, and protected, do not use tape directly on the shoe box. Post your shoes to:
